Terms of Service

By using PickleFlow (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@pickleflow.live.

An event and tournament management tool for pickleball: scheduling round robins and other formats, recording scores, publishing standings, and — on premium plans — managing clubs, leagues, and member rosters.

You can run events without an account. An account is required to keep event history across devices, accept organizer invitations, or subscribe to a premium plan. You may register with an email and password, or sign in with Google. You're responsible for keeping your credentials and connected sign-in accounts secure, and for activity under your account. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes — we never store your password, or any password belonging to a sign-in provider, in readable form. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You keep ownership of what you put into PickleFlow — event and club names, player and member names, scores, logos (“Your Content”). You grant us only the license needed to host, process, and display Your Content in order to operate the Service for you and the people you share it with.

Club and league features let you store information about other people, including names, email addresses, and DUPR IDs. You are responsible for having the right to provide that information, for telling those people it is stored in PickleFlow, and for handling their requests to correct or remove it. Don't upload information you weren't permitted to share, and don't upload personal information about children under 13.

Every event has a share link so you can hand the schedule to your players. It is on by default, and anyone with the link can view that event's schedule, scores, standings, and participant names. You can turn an event's share link off at any time from its Share settings — while it is off, the page shows nothing, and turning it back on restores the same link. Public league pages and TV displays are separate features and are off by default; turning one on is entirely your choice, and disabling a league's public link revokes it immediately. Don't publish anything you don't want publicly visible.

Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, upload malicious code, harass people, scrape or overload the Service, attempt to reach other users' data, or resell the Service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do.

PickleFlow has a free tier and paid premium plans. Prices, plan limits, and included organizer seats are shown in the app and may change; we'll give notice before a change affects an active subscription. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep access through the end of the period you've paid for. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.

Paid plans are not yet generally available; this section takes effect when billing is enabled.

Some features use AI — the in-app assistant and roster import from documents and images. Your questions, and any document you import, are sent to our AI provider to produce a result. AI output can be wrong; check anything that matters before relying on it.

DUPR export, sign-in providers, and payment processing involve third parties operating under their own terms. We're not responsible for them.

We work to keep PickleFlow running but don't guarantee uptime, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We'll give reasonable notice before discontinuing a feature you're paying for.

You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. After termination we may delete Your Content, so export anything you want to keep first.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data will never be lost. Keep your own copies of anything important.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PickleFlow and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $50 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or anyone else's rights — including claims about roster information you uploaded.

We may update these Terms. For material changes we'll give at least 14 days' notice in-app or by email before they take effect, unless a change is needed for legal or security reasons. Continued use after the effective date means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the District of Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. Arbitration will take place in the District of Columbia or, at your election, by telephone, video, or written submissions. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.

Exceptions. Either of us may bring an individual claim in small claims court instead, and either of us may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or stop unauthorized access to the Service.

No class actions. Claims must be brought individually. You and we each waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim proceeds in court and the rest of this section still applies to all other claims.

Opt out. You may reject this arbitration agreement by emailing support@pickleflow.live within 30 days of first accepting these Terms; if you do, the courts of the District of Columbia (state and federal) have exclusive jurisdiction instead.
